Keto Smoothie

I usually stick to my favorite breakfast of Chaffles with Avocado or Broccoli Quiche, but now I am on a new kick - Keto Smoothie!  I have been trying to increase my fiber intake, so I ordered Psyllium Husk from Amazon.  I also ordered Jay Robb's vanilla protein powder, which I think is very delicious!  Check out my Keto Smoothie Recipe below.




Keto Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (increase to 1 1/2 cups if adding a full scoop of protein powder)
2 T. heavy whipping cream
2 ice cubes
1/4 cup mixed frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
2-3 slices avocado (I use frozen)
2-3 t. psyllium husk
1/2-1 scoop Jay Robb Protein Powder (Vanilla)
